Good paper Dave

I especially liked the list of references at the back. Studied under, went to school with, or just plain know about half of em.

Reference #29 concerning coaxially wound transformers had to do with a bunch of power guys, out in Wisconsin, who didn't know how to wind a transformer with low leakage reactance. They learned about coaxial wound transformers from the RF crowd. Those coaxial transformers turned out to be just the magic they were looking for. Those old time RF guys sure played a big role in creating the power electronics world we have today.
