Replacement transistor - battery powered Class-E transmitter

I am a beginner in Class-E. I need a replacement transistor for the 49 MHz output transistor. The design is based on Class-E operation, and base modulation is used to provide ON/OFF key modulation. The modulation rate is approximately 1 MB/sec. Output power is variable, up to 400 mW average. The present output transistor is a BJT, in a 8-pin SOIC package, The device must operate into a highly variable load (VSWR >20:1) and survive open/short conditions.

I need some help locating an alternate transistor, or redesigning the circuit to accomodate a new transistor.

Any ideas?
